Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Standard UPS Ground shipping is always FREE with in the continental U.S.
Please allow 5-7 business days.
We are sorry, but at this time we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. This will probably change in the near future.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns, in the case of damaged or defective products within 30 days of the original purchase. We ask that the shoes be in resalable condition (not worn outside and showing no signs of wear).
We would be happy to help you find a different size, color or style. If you prefer, we will refund your purchase. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the returned shoes and can take a couple days to show on your bank statement.
We will send you a return label (within the continental U.S.) Simply remove the old shipping label and replace it with the new.
Please write a short note stating the reason for return or in case of an exchange - the item you'd like to exchange for - along with your Email address and the Order Number assigned to that purchase (This will greatly speed up the processing of your return). Place the note inside, seal the box and bring it to a UPS drop location.
